ANNVILLE, PA – TVC Communications will participate in a trade mission to Iraq, the first since the end of the combat mission in that country.
The company said Monday that it’s network construction industry group MaxCell was chosen to join a trade mission to Baghdad in October, lead by Francisco Sánchez, the Under Secretary of Commerce for International Trade.
“TVC Communications is honored to have its MaxCell Group and their products chosen as one of only fifteen companies to participate in this mission,” said Paul Joong, EVP of TVC, in the announcement. “The vetting process was rigorous. We are pleased that our MaxCell fabric innerduct, which has deployed over 250 million feet worldwide, will be positioned to help rebuild the communication infrastructure within Iraq.”
MaxCell is a flexible, multi-celled, fabric innerduct system designed specifically for the network construction industry. Its unique fabric construction allows it to conform to the shape of cables placed within, greatly reducing the wasted space associated with rigid innerduct, allowing the user to increase their cable density by as much as 300%.
