TeraGo buys customer, network assets from MetroBridge

TORONTO - TeraGo Networks has agreed to purchase the customer and network assets of MetroBridge Networks International Inc. in a deal worth approximately $6 million.Under the terms of the agreement, TeraGo will acquire most of of MetroBridge’s customers, related network infrastructure, real estate leases, and other assets.  It also has the right to retain MetroBridge’s employees.
