OTTAWA - Breathe E-Z Homes Ltd. has been slapped with a $2,000 fine for violating the country’s national do not call list (DNCL).The Commission said that it received “numerous complaints” in relation to telemarketing telecommunications made by the company between September 5 and November 11, 2009. After receiving a notice of violation on January 7, 2010, Breathe E-Z argued that it had not committed any of the violations set out in the notice.
