WINNIPEG – Craig Wireless posted a third quarter net loss of $4.29 million as it works to finalize the sale of its Canadian spectrum to Inukshuk Wireless Partnership.
The loss is down slightly from its second quarter loss of $5.56 million. For the quarter ended May 31, 2010, Craig’s earnings from discontinued operations were $48.24 million and its net income was $43.95 million.
The company said Tuesday that it paid an eligible dividend in the amount of $20.5 million on July 6, 2010.
