TORONTO - The Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) has launched a free e-Alert subscription service to notify customers by email of service disruptions and delays. Messages will be sent out if the subway and/or rapid transit trains are delayed by more than 15 minutes, and let riders know if a shuttle bus service is in operation.
