CBS guarantees radio buys for two Montreal stations

TORONTO – CBS Radio Quebec is offering their clients a guarantee that their campaigns on two Montreal radio stations will deliver 100% of their buy. Thanks to the use of portable people meters (PPM) in the English and French markets of Montreal, weekly tuning can now be tracked in real time, CBS’ press release said.
