TORONTO – Globalive has paired its Wind wireless service with its Yak suite of services to offer bundles to customers in Toronto and Calgary.
Starting Monday, customers may combine any Wind Mobile voice plan with existing ‘Yak Paks’, or add mobile to a high speed Internet service or home phone plan for a “double play bundle”.
“Canadians truly cannot find a better bundle,” said Anthony Lacavera, chairman of the Globalive group of companies, in a statement. “The combination of Yak and Wind Mobile allows us to offer the most competitive bundle offer in Canada. Our customers will be able to talk, text, surf and connect all at great low rates, free of usage based billing, activation fees, throttling and, most importantly, contracts!”
Yak offers home phone, dial around long distance, high speed Internet, calling cards and cellular long distance to residential consumers across Canada.
