WASHINGTON, DC – The 2009 NAB Show will feature “an unprecedented combination” of exhibits, high-level speakers and educational opportunities geared towards mobile entertainment, show organizers announced.
New mobile video technologies, content and applications will be on display by more than 300 exhibitors, including Harris Corporation, AT&T, Verizon Wireless, mmi Broadcasting, V4x, MOBICLIP, TVU Networks, TeamCast, Inc. and QUALCOMM/MediaFLO at the world’s largest electronic media show held April 18 – 23 in Las Vegas.
And Cartt.ca will be there too, of course.
According to the Open Mobile Video Coalition (OMVC), an alliance of U.S. commercial and public broadcasters committed to the development of mobile digital television, more than 65 stations in 25+ markets, covering more than 35% of U.S. television households, are already committed to delivering mobile DTV services this year.
