VICTORIA – Portable equipment supplier Vecima Networks has signed a multi-year engineering, supply and maintenance deal with an unnamed U.S. wireless cableco.
The deal includes Vecima supplying a product aimed at reclaiming analog bandwidth, including in multiple dwelling units. Details of the product were not released by Vecima.
Verima said the engineering portion of the deal is valued at $2 million to $3 million.
