TORONTO – The Ottawa Congress Centre will once again play host to over 600 VIPs, industry leaders and government representatives attending the Canadian Women in Communications 2008 Annual Awards Gala.
Each year, to recognize women who have made a significant contribution to the communications industry and those who support their advancement, the CWC presents the following awards:

* Trailblazer of the Year Award
* Chapter Leader of the Year Award
* Employer of the Year Award
The Gala Cocktail Reception, presented by KPMG, offers attendees an exclusive opportunity to personally congratulate the 2008 winners and to socialize one-to-one with key executives from the communications industry.
On February 26th, the Cocktail Reception starts at 5 p.m. with the dinner and awards from 6 to 9 p.m.
