HALIFAX - The Halifax Regional Municipality has chosen EastLink to provide high speed internet service to the small communities of West Dover and Peggy's Cove. EastLink is investing $125,000 in each of the communities to support the project, while HRM is providing project management services with funding support from the Government of Canada and the Province of Nova Scotia. The service will be available by early Winter 2007. With the launch of high speed Internet, residents and businesses will have the opportunity to select the service that best suits their needs. www.eastlink.ca
