TORONTO – Former CHUM legalist and executive Peter Miller has joined S-VOX, the owner of VisionTV and provider of programming content on spirituality, faith, personal growth and wellness. Mark Prasuhn, who previously performed double duty as S-VOX's chief operating officer and senior vice-president, programming, will move into the newly created position of chief content officer.
