CORNWALL, ON, – Canada’s first internationally distributed “green” broadcast programming has been launched on-air and online. “Eco Echo,” a series of on-air/online vignettes, is aimed at spreading the awareness and education of environmental conservatism.
E2 Productions which produces the show, says the short-form features of Eco Echo are designed to provide environmentally vital information that allows consumers to “enact subtle and ongoing changes that will make a difference.”
“Eco Echo is really about subtle and simple. It’s fresh information daily that will help consumers make small changes with a big impact. Our approach to the information is casual, not preachy. It really is common sense content,” says E2 productions president, Scott Armstrong.
Eco Echo programs are being made available to radio stations across North America, the content is downloadable from a secure site or can be e-mailed directly. The initial package includes 40 episodes and another 20 every month. The rates range from $20 a week for a small station to $40 for a large station. Detailed information is available at on their website.
