Lazzarato quits Craig


WINNIPEG – Craig Wireless Systems has lost its CEO.

The company said Friday that David Lazzarato has resigned the position, effective immediately, Controlling shareholders Boyd Craig and Drew Craig, the current co-chairmen of the company, are now the co-CEOs.

Lazzarato “has agreed to assist the company with an orderly transition of his responsibilities, and the board of directors and management of Craig Wireless take this opportunity to thank Mr. Lazzarato for his service to the company,” said the short release.

Craig Wireless offers a range of telecommunications services, including, broadband Internet access, television programming delivery, business connectivity solutions, hosting, security and telecommunications solutions in Canada and certain other regions, including California, Greece, Norway and New Zealand.
