TORONTO – Telehop Communications (the 10-10 number company) showed revenue for the six months ended June 30, 2006 of $10.1 million, which represented an increase of approximately 3.9% over revenues of $9.8 million for the same period in 2005.
Net income for the six months ended June 30, 2006 was $483,785 versus $113,048 for the same period in 2005, an increase of 328%.
In the first half of 2006, Telehop was successful in reducing its Telecom Costs to 56% of revenues from 59.7% of revenues in the comparable period in 2005 resulting in gross telecom profit for the first half of 2006, increasing approximately by 13.4% over the same period in 2005, from to $4.5 million whilst marketing and selling costs decreased by 15.2%.
