MTV on demand with Rogers and as a FreeVu


TORONTO – MTV announced Tuesday that the first phase of MTV programming is now available for free on the Rogers On Demand service and as a FreeVu on Bell ExpressVu.

Rogers digital cable customers with a digital box can access MTV’s most popular programs for free, including Laguna Beach Season One, Real World: Austin and Viva La Bam. More hit MTV series to be added in the following months, including Jackass, Pimp My Ride, Punk’d, Wild ‘n Out and Wildboyz, with additional titles to be added to the Rogers on Demand library in the new year.

Also today, MTV and Bell Canada announced today the launch of FreeVu: MTV Tuesdays. It delivers a free lineup of MTV programs on Vu20, Channel 370. FreeVu: MTV Tuesdays kicked off today with the entire first season of Laguna Beach.

The August lineup for FreeVu: MTV Tuesdays also includes the same programming available on Rogers on demand: Viva La Bam (August 15) and The Real World: Austin (August 22 and 29). Viewers can also look forward to hit MTV shows Jackass, Pimp My Ride, Punk’d, Wild ‘n Out and Wildboyz on FreeVu: MTV Tuesdays this fall.
