Jack-FM launches loyalty program with $100,000 prize

TORONTO – Toronto’s 92.5 Jack FM kicked off its new VIP loyalty program today, a first such promotion in Canada, it said.

Listeners can visit the station’s web site to register as a VIP and enter "an exciting world of privilege, opportunity and adventure for the Toronto Radio market," says the press release. Listeners can earn Jack Points by registering as well as participating in daily contests on the station. They can also receive special bonus point cards when the station is on location at promotional events and client locations.

Listeners can spend their points by bidding on raffle draws like cash prizes, cars, trips, fantasy prizes, concerts tickets, etc. or they can purchase items in the Jack Store featured on the web site.

The station is launching the program – a first for Canada, it says – and is giving listeners an opportunity to win $100,000 cash as part of the kick-off.

“No more busy signals. No lucky callers. No standing in line. The moment you turn yourself in as a Jack of Clubs VIP… opportunity, adventure and advantage becomes a way of life," said station GM and PD Pat Cardinal, in the release. "This is a very unique program for Canadian radio… a first for Canada. It’s very simple, listen to Jack, earn points, get prizes."
