White Radio turns to blue

BURLINGTON – The telecom division of distributor White Radio announced Monday a new distribution agreement with blueC 802 Inc. The Waterloo company specializes in intelligent digital recording and mobile connection software for enterprise customers, including its blueButler product.

This HTML-based digital call recording software is compatible with most major PBX and key system platforms, and delivers the same core functionality of high end recording systems at a fraction of the cost of traditional call recording/monitoring solutions, says the company.

“BlueC is a valuable addition to our dealer’s suite of products,” said Tom Taylor, director of White Radio’s telecom division. “It allows them to enhance existing customer operations as well as providing a competitive edge as they develop new business.”

Digital recording technology is helping alter the way enterprises do business and intelligent digital recording is getting near standard practice for most industries. The ability to verify verbal transactions, "avoiding ‘he said she said’ disputes, and the ability to immediately escalate problem calls are but a few of the reasons enterprises require management call recording to remain competitive. BlueButler Intelligent Digital Recording (iDR) addresses these needs," says the release.
