91% of Canadians used Internet in 2018, says StatsCan

OTTAWA — Statistics Canada released the results of its most recent Canadian Internet Use Survey, which showed that 91% of Canadians aged 15 and older used the Internet in 2018.The provinces of Alberta and British Columbia recorded the highest proportion of Internet users at 94%, while Newfoundland and Labrador posted the lowest proportion at 86%.Overall, 94% of Canadians had home Internet access.
