MONTREAL – Just two years after its launch, Videotron's residential cable telephone service has passed the 400,000-customer mark. The product, thanks largely to its $16.95 starting monthly rate, has proved highly popular with Québec consumers, with a penetration rate (as a percentage of basic cable customers) now at 27%.
