TORONTO – Telus is introducing two new solutions aimed at helping Canadian businesses leverage cloud-based technology to improve how they communicate with their customers, employees and partners.
Telus Cloud Collaboration enables businesses to deploy a range of unified communication and collaboration tools like voicemail, integrated messaging, and voice and video conferencing to help their employees work more efficiently and effectively, no matter where they are. Businesses also benefit from lower upfront costs and a predictable monthly fee that scales up or down as needs change.
Telus Cloud Contact Centre is a feature-rich and scalable solution that allows businesses of any size to deploy the latest in contact centre technology. It’s an end-to-end enterprise-grade solution that can support anywhere from a handful to thousands of agents, and allows those agents to connect from the office, their home or almost any remote location.
Both products are powered by the Cisco Hosted Collaboration Solution and are hosted in Canada in Telus’ Tier 3 data centres.
“For Canadian businesses looking for a competitive edge, cloud-based services can optimize employee productivity and improve customer service, while reducing technology expenditures,” said Peter Green, SVP and president of Telus Business Solutions, in the news release. “Telus’ new cloud offerings eliminate the financial barriers to adopting best-in-class solutions, putting them within reach of businesses of any size.”
