Superchannel gets PASSIONate

EDMONTON - Superchannel announced this morning that daytime soap Passions will air on the new pay TV channel beginning this fall. Passions fans were in danger of no longer receiving their favourite cutting-edge daytime drama because of a shift to pay TV in the U.S., and Global dropping carriage in Canada. Superchannel responded quickly to the grassroots demand by securing the deal with NBC.
