Position: Web Designer, Bell Media
Location: 299 Queen Street West, Toronto (ON
Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week. Overtime as required.

You’ll be working with our Digital Marketing and Design team to bring the latest shows and movie artwork to our platforms on Crave, CTV and more
You’ll be designing: Show artwork assets for our streaming platforms, App store images, Websites , Social media ads, banners and graphics.
A portfolio, showcasing innovative conceptual design and strong problem-solving skills. Demonstrate an artistic aptitude, exceptional sense of design and thorough knowledge of design theory and principles
Strong communication skills
Translate concepts effectively against objectives and deliver on schedule
Encourage experimentation at the idea stage
Must be self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively and work with the Creative Director
Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Brand Partnership teams to create client campaigns, including contests, integrated content, and ad placements, from concept to completion
Keep the Digital Design team informed of leading-edge design technologies
A team player with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
You consume both new media and Bell Media brands

Ability to document design work and facilitate hand off to the development team
Create mid to large UI designs to the highest technical standards
Adobe Creative Suite with expert knowledge of photoshop and image editing, and strong knowledge of illustrator. Familiarity with Adobe XD an asset
A background in print design/editorial layout an asset
Thorough knowledge of HTML5 and CSS an asset
Experience designing responsive sites
Experience working on mobile applications an asset

3+ years of design related experience in a professional environment
An undergraduate degree or diploma in Graphic Design/Multimedia
Applicants without a design portfolio will not be considered

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
