Vice President of Customer Care

Execulink has partnered with Prime Management Group Inc. in the exciting search effort of a Vice President of Customer Care to join their dynamic and growing team.  Far from a standard sales and marketing leadership role, this Vice President will work within a successful entrepreneurial and client focused environment where their depth and breadth in sales, marketing and sustainable customer/call centre service impacts all aspects and departmental areas of current and future client service delivery.  Reporting to the President, and as a critical and valued member of the senior leadership team, the Vice President of Customer Care will also focus on providing exceptional leadership to the Customer Service team, while developing and executing on industry leading quality standards that will promote a superior level client service experience.      

While providing supportive and empowering leadership and coaching to the Customer Service team, the Vice President of Customer Care will also provide strategic vision and oversight to the development of plans and continuous improvement strategies which will enhance existing customer support processes/procedures, while promoting future market growth and the continued retention of valued clients and business partners.    

In this newly created senior management position, the Vice President of Customer Care will utilize their exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster and build trusting and respectful relationships with the senior leadership team, Customer Service team and high profile business clients and partners.

The successful candidate will hold a relevant university degree in Business (or other related field) with at least 10 years of strategic customer service and senior leadership experience in a similar type of position.  This successful senior leader must also have proven experience in the ability to develop, promote, and foster highly collaborative cross-functional employee and business partnerships and relationships. A background in project management, strategic planning and customer service focused, continuous improvement initiatives/programs would be preferred.
