Is tracking and improving service delivery metrics for talent programs one of your key capabilities? As Talent Enablement Manager you will focus on efficient, quality talent service delivery that provides great employee and manager experience. In this role, you will execute key talent functions including talent pool management, assessments, reviews, calibrations and training. You will have the ability to work in a flexible environment, with a combination of time spent in the office and at home.
You will use leading practices to implement a Talent Enablement strategy in line with the organization’s vision;
You will assess the current talent pools to highlight gaps in competencies, roles, and worker development, as well as to explore ways to sustain and enhance the organization’s future capabilities through succession planning;
You will develop curriculum and/or implement training programs and deliver training on a variety of leadership and operational development learning topics;
You will be accountable for enhancing and managing talent programs to strengthen the quality of talent throughout the business;
You will assist with building and designing a performance culture that optimizes employee engagement, performance, development and a diverse and inclusive work environment;
You will assess the environmental factors, including technology impacts, on the current workforce talent maturity in order to inform the Talent strategy;
You will connect with others within HR to enable predicting trends in talent, skills and influence the design of the workforce;
You will promote Talent Management and Development material, content and programs to empower the business to identify and develop top talent;
You will partner with Talent Acquisition team and the business to proactively shape a robust workforce and talent pipeline;
You will continuously evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of talent development tools and processes (e.g. Talent pools and role profiles) in alignment with the HR/Talent strategy;
You will partner with the HR Analyst to interpret business results, and critically review Talent Enablement data to analyze performance, evaluate technologies, set goals, drive improvements, and inform Talent Enablement strategies;
You will support with the development of strategies to identify the most effective means of attracting and selecting top caliber applicants;

Continuous Improvement Mindset
Education & Experience:
Master’s/Bachelor’s in HR/organization psychology and/or professional qualification
Preferred +6 years of experience in organization development
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
Advanced skill level in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
