We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Digital Product!!
As a Senior Product Manager, you will define and push the boundaries of what is possible and innovate quickly in a rapidly evolving digital entertainment and streaming space. Hands-on role with the opportunity to mentor and coach team members. This role will be responsible for driving the strategy for all entertainment brands under Rogers Sports and Media. You will ensure there is appropriate consistency in terms of digital product experiences across disparate platforms and devices.
What you will do…
Product Management and Leadership
Drive customer and market research, identify opportunities and determine priorities that help Rogers Sports and Media best deliver on our KPIs and vision
Work closely with stakeholders (IT, Design, creative, marketing, editorial etc.) to own and drive the product strategy and roadmap
Maintain a robust delivery schedule with IT and other stakeholders
Make data driven decisions to design the best user experiences
Focus on improving experience through the web, mobile apps (iOS and Android) and connected tv by addressing gaps and capturing opportunities
Build strategic partnerships with industry experts, to grow the knowledge and accelerate product delivery
Work cross functionally with RSM’s Innovation Technology and Development team, Business Development, Ad Product team to drive effective product roadmaps and client solutions.
Forge strong internal relationships with the Entertainment Content, Distribution and Editorial teams
Identify market opportunities that protect and extend Rogers Sports & Media’s digital unique competitive differentiators and provide recommendations and plans to improve current product features where needed
Work closely with senior leadership providing status, action plans and recommendations
Build, develop and retain high performing teams that lead positive contributions throughout the company
What you will bring…
Digital media experience in production and strategy, ideally in a media company
Dynamic, curious, entrepreneurial, ambitious & innovative leader with a deep understanding of media and technology
Drive & ability to move fast and get things done in a complex, matrix organization
A breadth and depth of knowledge of multiple digital products, with experience launching digital products on many digital channels
Have your finger on digital trends; stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, processes, approaches, and competitor offerings
