The Bell Residential market planning team is seeking an experienced and highly analytical Senior Manager to lead subscriber forecasting, planning and analysis for all Bell Residential wireline products and services.

The Role:
Reporting directly to the Director of Market Planning and Revenue Management, the ideal candidate has financial, strategic planning, forecasting, planning and reporting experience. This position requires the ability to provide practical, diligent, reliable business support and develop strong relationships across the business, while leading and developing a team of 4 professionals.
The ideal candidate needs to be flexible, has strong time management skills and is capable of balancing many projects simultaneously with short deadlines for completion. He or she will be detail oriented, highly analytical, with the ability to communicate effectively to senior executives. This high performing individual needs to have demonstrated success with influencing and delivering results with cross-functional teams.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the overall subscriber and market forecasting process for BRS, across all product lines (TV, Internet, Home Phone and Bell Smart Home) for all Bell regions
Integrate multiple sources of internal/ external data, research and market intelligence to develop dynamic forecast models, and to identify and evaluate long and short term market/subscriber trends
Lead the consolidation function for BRSB planning, reporting and forecasting. Responsibilities include coordination, consolidation and analysis for submission to Corporate Finance, as well as preparation of presentations for the BRSB executive team
Must ensure timely and clear communication of BRS plan and metrics to finance primes and business partners
Analyze competitive performance and industry trends related to all BRS products
Support weekly, monthly and quarterly subscriber performance reviews with key insights, in-depth analysis and variance explanations
Responsible for business case support for all BRS projects
Provide business analytics support, including the development of forecasting models to support executive decision making. Lead and take accountability for various ad hoc requests and projects
Lead, review and prepare executive-level presentations
Demonstrates leadership by developing and mentoring a team of 4 direct reports

Critical Qualifications/Competencies:
University degree in business, finance, economics, statistics/math, marketing or a related area; MBA or professional designation preferred (i.e., CPA, CFA)
5+ years experience with business cases, financial models and/or forecasting models, preferably in the telecommunications industry
Very strong analytical, mathematical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to build compelling, executive-level presentations and to deliver recommendations with confidence
Strategic and analytical thinking skills, including the ability to synthesize large amounts of data
Proven ability to develop strong relationships across a diverse team, with strong ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making at various levels of the organization
Effective team leader with exceptional interpersonal skills
Excellent planning and organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a high-paced / performance-driven environment
Self-starter, with the ability to manage and drive projects with limited supervision and to manage multiple projects in an organized manner
Demonstrated coaching/mentoring skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications – PowerPoint & Excel

Preferred Qualifications/Competencies:
Knowledge of telecommunications industry preferred
Fluency in both official languages would be considered an asset
LI- ST1

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
