About the Role:
The Corus Marketing team is looking for an experienced performance marketer and user-acquisition expert, to lead the marketing strategy and planning for our growing portfolio of new platform brands.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that drive acquisition, engagement and retention for a number of our new platform products.
Develop a growth marketing strategy to drive new subscriber acquisition and engagement across multiple brands and distribution platforms
Execute marketing plans, with the support of the internal Brand Marketing team, in-house Media agency, and in-house Creative team
Work closely with our external distribution partners, to manage marketing opportunities across owned and paid channels, as well as identifying customer experience improvements
Constantly analyze user data, attribution and trends, to iterate and optimize marketing plans
Experiment and explore new marketing channel opportunities
Work with in-house Media team and Analytics team to develop dashboards for measuring attribution and sharing results
Become a trusted advisor and leader across the organization in the Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing space
What We Need From You:
7-10 years of experience in Performance Marketing with a focus on acquisition and engagement
Experience in CRM and Retention based Marketing
Expertise in Digital Marketing and SEM
Must have experience in data analysis and attribution modelling

Strong Collaborative skills– we are a matrixed team and organization, with a lot of interested stakeholders, so you can explain and sell a strategy through to senior leadership with confidence, and get others excited to work with you without direct authority
You thrive equally in strategy and execution– you are inventive and resourceful and can turn your ideas quickly in to implementations. We move fast, but are smart about it
