Position Summary:
We are looking for a strategic thinker who is well versed in the principles of marketing, analytics and project management to join our Residential Services marketing team. The successful candidate will report to the Director, Acquisition Marketing, and will work cross-functionally to develop strategies & campaigns that deliver profitable growth for the residential services business

Lead the overall marketing planning cycle for our new Wireless Home Internet product, TV portfolio (Fibe TV, Alt TV and Satellite TV) and our Seasonal campaigns
Develop and flawlessly execute programs and campaigns to deliver on key portfolio metrics
Interpret marketing and customer data to identify opportunities to grow BRS product market share
Continuously look for ways to optimize current programs and to drive efficiencies
Create compelling and strategic marketing presentations to obtain buy-in and alignment with executives and key stakeholders
Work cross-functionally with Channel Take-to-Market, Marketing Communications, Training & Communication to bring campaigns and tactics to market
Weekly monitoring of the competitive landscape as it relates to product and pricing
Management and leadership of direct reports

A university degree with at least 5 years of relevant Marketing/Project Management experience
Passion for the customer, leading new ideas, working collaboratively on a cross functional team, delivering flawlessly and continuously learning
Solid business and financial acumen. Must be able to understand and articulate the present and future key drivers of any project’s success
Experience in multidisciplinary projects in strategy, technology and finance
Excellent problem solving skills and strong analytical capabilities
Ability to multi-task and quickly adjust to changing priorities, with organizational and project management skills

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
