This person’s primary mandate will be to devise forecasts, insights and strategies to help steer Connected Home Subscriber performance. This person will deliver performance insights and recommendations via the IBRO framework to assist in delivering revenue growth for both acquisition and base. They will be a key influencer to ensure market share targets are met and business performance is managed.
Create and forecast market size, market share and subscriber forecasts for the Connected Home business
Partner closely with finance team to lead the monthly subscriber forecasting process by providing assumptions based on ongoing trends and expected shifts in key drivers
Model effects of proposed acquisition and retention activities to maximize investment and drive subscriber growth
Develop performance dashboards and analyze results to identify appropriate inputs for subscriber forecasts
Collaborate with analytics teams to gather marketing performance data and analyses to inform accurate forecast
Coach and mentor a team
Ability to communicate complex information to decision makers and key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to build rapport with cross functional teams and manage teams.
Previous experience in the Wireless/Cable/Telco industry in a Pricing /Strategy /Finance function strongly preferred
Strong skills in Excel, and knowledge of SAS, excellent PowerPoint skills and presentation skills
5+ years of relevant industry experience
Undergraduate degree, MBA or Graduate degree in a relevant discipline
