We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, adaptable, and driven individual with a proven track-record to join our team. As a Senior Project Manager for the Process Innovation, Readiness and Optimization (PIRO) team, you will leverage your analytical and project management skills to support initiatives in a program to transform our operational cost structure with a focus on digital transformation and continued customer service quality.
As part of your role, you will demonstrate your ability to interact and collaborate within our business unit and across stakeholder groups to deliver system enablements and process improvements that leverage our end to end teams.to transform our operations.

You will bring your A-game to our high performing team by:

Working collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver system enablements that support the evolution of operational processes through various process improvement initiatives
Monitoring and supporting results of project enablements on the operations and customer experience through KPIs, metrics, and qualitative feedback
Exercising sound judgment identifying and resolving problems, challenging courses of action, assessing risks and modifying plans as conditions change throughout the project lifecycle
Demonstrating strong project management from ideation through planning, coordinating, launch readiness / change management and execution
Adapting to change as the project environment requires to wear various hats from project manager to analyst
Ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, on budget and within quality targets
Efficiently communicating and reporting progress to management and executive stakeholders
Conducting presentations regarding assessment findings/recommendations, project status and current issues
Qualifications

You’re the missing piece of the puzzle…

Strong Project Manager: a strong track record of leading large scale projects with multiple partner groups (3-5 years+)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills: you will be comfortable presenting to varying audiences, able to translate complex technical topics into easily understood concepts for our collaborators, executives, team members and stakeholders
Relationship Builder: Able to build positive working relationships with all levels of management (including Directors and VP’s)
Change Leader: able to be the driving force behind cultural change that enables new levels of business success
Creative and Innovative Thinker: be able to identify and resolve problems easily to support business success
Business Requirement skills: experienced at translating ambiguous requirements into concrete project outcomes
Self-motivated: be a self-starter, highly motivated, creative and self-sufficient with the ability to work successfully under pressure
Engaged: be an engaged team member wanting to be part of a fun dynamic culture

Great to have:

5 years’ experience managing large scale projects or leading cross functional project teams
Bachelor’s degree (Business)
Experience driving projects that support the digital transformation of an operational value chain
Project management methodologies, principles and practices,
PMP designation is an asset
Experience with Agile workflows is an asset
