Senior Product Manager – Wireline e-commerce – Telus

We sit within the TELUS Business Marketing team, and we support everything from small to mid-market businesses, as well as both our wireless and wireline suites of products.

Here’s what the role is:

As a key member of the Digital Experience Team, the Senior Product Manager role is accountable for design and development of the end to end wireline e-commerce experience for our customers. In other words, your goal is to use technology to make it as simple as possible for our customers to purchase bundled services across wireless and wireline. In this role, you will develop your talents in structured problem solving, project management, cross-functional collaboration, and powerful communication. All you have to do is bring your passion, your great attitude, and grit.

Here’s what you get to work on:

Business prime for the enhancement of the wireline e-commerce experience – includes designing the user experience, building user stories, and developing support processes
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives on time and on budget, with a focus on strong 4P execution – includes very close partnership with our system development teams
Use lean-agile methodologies to prototype, test and launch innovative new enhancements to the user experience
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholder teams, and support them through change management processes
Bring forward key recommendations and updates on your initiatives to senior leadership forums
Lending your skills to the wireless e-commerce experience and cross-sell e-commerce experience as the needs of the business ebb and flow

You have experience managing the development and roll-out of large-scale initiatives

Creative Thinker:
