The Finance Team manages the performance and risk profile of Bell, ensuring the needs of customers, investors and employees are balanced with long-term business success. We work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute plans that help the company achieve its strategic objectives and ensure financial sustainability.

Title: Senior Credit & Collections Administrator, Bell Media
Salary: Commensurate with responsibilities and qualifications
Location: 9 Channel Nine Court, Toronto, ON.
Hours of work: 40 hours/week

Regular follow-up on an assigned list of accounts
Contacting customers for payment of outstanding balances
Following up with sales
Responding to inquiries (both internal and external) on a timely and professional basis
Adjudication of accounts to determine credit worthiness
Reconciliation of accounts
Identify and clearing small balance adjustments
AFDA identification
Processing credit cards on assigned days of the week
Cross-training/back-up for Credit Administrator or other team members

3+ years of experience in a credit & collection role
Highly organized and results driven
Intermediate Excel skills
Post-secondary education
Ability to work closely with others and independently
Ability to communicate in a timely and professional manner with all levels both internally and externally
Bilingual (English/French) an asset
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to learn and use a variety of computer programs and software
Industry and accounting experience an asset

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
