Moreover, we are looking for a Senior Analyst - Performance Planning who will play a key role in keeping our business agile and competitive.

This role requires a strong understanding of BI solutions and Visual analytics. The candidate must have experience and a deep understanding of reporting systems, business intelligence, and principles of dashboard design and data visualization.

You will be close to the data and help stakeholders understand and action on it. A large part of your job is to design, implement, and maintain Analytical Reporting and Visualization that tells the story of what is happening, why it is happening and provide actionable insights to the leadership team. As a key team member, you should be able to leverage your experience in business intelligence & data automation to help internal stakeholders understand the performance of each business function in a proficient manner. Using various analytical tools and data sets, you will build predictive models on potential outcomes of business plans and & forecasts based on current performance indicators.

You are experienced in subjects such as performance management, balanced scorecard, project management, trend analysis, dashboards, and business process improvement. A good understanding of a typical customer life cycle in a B2B environment and the key performance indicators associated with each stage of the customer life cycle is required to succeed in this role. You have the ability to understand and connect large volumes of data and analyse the different data sets to find patterns, trends, and insights to capture a good view of business (Sales, Product, Operations etc.) performance that result in actionable outcomes. Understanding of financial processes is a value add.

You will apply strong analytical and communication skills with strategic thinking. An ability to think outside the box, a big picture mentality and communicating complex information through data visualization & inferences are key skills. Through cross-function collaboration, the overall purpose of this position is to support the business & process owners to improve customer acquisition, customer retention & revenue assurance processes.

What you will be doing:

Reporting to the Senior Manager – Performance Planning & Business Operations, you will work directly with business stakeholders to understand their needs, develop and support reporting & analytics solutions.

Including ad-hoc requests and other requirements assigned to you, you will -

  • Gather and document Business Intelligence (BI) requirements, carry out data analysis and BI development work
  • Develop complex interactive/dynamic dashboards per stakeholder requirements
  • Develop, distribute and maintain complex, cyclic and ad-hoc reports using available BI tools
  • Develop and implement solutions using data warehouse, data marts, and operational data stores, establish data automation solutions
  • Conduct trouble shooting for reporting anomalies and build safeguards for correct data in reporting

What you bring:

The successful candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in business intelligence, competitive intelligence, sales analysis & reporting/support and must have hands-on experience designing, developing and producing executive-ready reports/dashboards with strong attention to details.

You have demonstrable combine web development, BI solutions, and Data Warehouse / Data Mart experiences, with solid analytics, data visualization and impactful dashboard design.
