The role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Residential Field Management, working in our Winnipeg office. Reporting to the Field Enablement Supervisor, the successful candidate will be accountable for the daily support of our Field Technicians and internal call center teams.

A typical day
• Support the daily operations of the Service Delivery Team in delivering exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers
• Support and manage Digital phone, Internet and Cable work orders on day of install or service call, including Same Day routing of Orders
• Connect with customers and field technicians to coordinate on-time appointments and facilitate an outstanding in-home experience
• Look for opportunities to improve our business and elevate customer experience
• Work as a team to ensure departmental and individual goals are met on a daily basis
• Other duties as required

Your skills/experience
• A strong understanding of CBS, COMX, and related provisioning systems as well as general proficiency in working in a highly technical environment
• A proven history of taking initiative and going above-and-beyond to support the success of a team
• Ability to adapt to new processes and constant change
• Knowledge of the cable industry and Shaw’s technical products and functions is a definite asset
• Proven experience in dealing effectively and quickly with change and assisting team members in adapting to a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Ability to exercise good judgment in prioritizing work and keep organized
• Dedicated to exceptional customer service and satisfaction to our internal and external customers
• Highly motivated, energetic, reliable and goal oriented
• Team player with excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• A positive “can do” attitude and customer focused approach that will enable you to deal with challenging situations with integrity, empathy and sincerity
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, nights, weekends and statutory holidays
