What is the opportunity?
Reporting to the Manager Recognition Programs, the Coordinator coordinates and provides operational and administrative support as well as customer service for Bell Technical Solutions recognition programs.

What will you do?
• Maintain a database, ensure data accuracy and provide timely reports (weekly and monthly)
• Respond to recognition programs requests and activities by email and phone in a timely fashion
• Assist the Manager Recognition Programs to produce and update documents, such as inventories, implementation plans, recognition website, guidelines and various reports and communications
• Produce timely, accurate and professional documents, perform audits and search for data online, communicate with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support for recognition activities to ensure the delivery of the planning process and deliverables. Coordinate, design and disseminate materials, resources and communications related to recognition

What do you need to succeed?
Must Have :
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and work with a diverse workforce and interface with all levels of the organization
• Ability to effectively and efficiently handle multiple, simultaneous, and complex tasks and project under pressure, account for results, and meet challenging deadlines
• Excellent technical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered
• Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision

Nice to Have:
• Post-Secondary education/certificate in a business-related discipline
• Bilingual (English and French) skill
