Position will oversee the Promotions departments for 105.3 Rock and 102.1 CJCY located in Medicine Hat, Alberta
Oversight and control of promotions budget
Creating and presenting promotional campaigns/proposals to both the programming and sales teams.
Implementing national promotional campaigns.
Control of individual stations’ websites and social media.
Maintain promotional signage, draw boxes, entry forms and equipment.
Attend station and client events as needed.
Drive and maintain station vehicles.
Supervise promotion staff
Previous event and administrative experience an asset.
Must be willing to work flexible hours, with some weekends and evenings at times.
Punctual and detail orientated.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work well under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Photoshop, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience and knowledge of posting to various Social Media platforms.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
Must hold a valid Alberta full Class 5 drivers licence and provide a printed drivers abstract.
Schedule: Full time
Length of Contract: 12 Months

Travel Requirements: Up to 10%
