Our team is part of the Customer Network Implementation team, delivering a world-class customer experience by expanding our access network infrastructure directly to homes and businesses across British Columbia and Alberta. We in the Capacity PMO are responsible to deliver wireline projects that are increasing the capacity of our copper and fibre network ahead of our customer demand.

Your strong organizational skills and your expertise in stakeholder engagement, data analysis, problem solving, and process improvement help you succeed in this fast paced world. You’ll help support planning and execution efforts to drive the most critical projects in support of our Customer Network Implementation strategic roadmap.
Hold yourself and others accountable to ensure quality on time and on budget project delivery and communicate project details effectively
Collaborate and influence a wide variety of stakeholders with differing motivations to execute on projects
Lead and facilitate meetings and working sessions with cross-functional stakeholders
Ensure internal and external teams receive timely and accurate project information and status updates
Ensure control of project deliverables dealing with conflicting priorities, issues, risks dependencies and change
Manage project deliverables and financials through forecast, triage, and variance explanations
Identify, share and undertake improvements opportunities that will bring back efficiencies
You’re the missing piece of the puzzle
Respected for your 3 to 5+ years’ experience managing all phases of moderate complex projects from $1M to $5M
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build strong, effective working relationships
Confident with analyzing data effectively to resolve problems and enable decisions
Ability to prioritize multiple activities while meeting deadlines
Financial acumen and skills in managing a budget
Passion for working in a dynamic, high performance culture
Knowledge of SAP financials for Project, Google Suite, JIRA, DOMO
Familiarity with wireline telecom build operations
University degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or other quantitative discipline
PMP designation, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt & Own.it certifications, or equivalent designation
