The role
As a Channel Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of technical activities focused on our Channel Systems. These activities include creating, reviewing, and modifying application data, advising on the best approach to application and process changes and improvements, some administration tasks, and some maintenance tasks.

In this role, you will work on the configuration & performance of software and application functions, and support with improving efficiency.
Creating products across multiple systems, researching technical issues, and finding solutions to maintain sales operations across a diverse distribution network.

A typical day
This role is primarily office focused (Remote for now) with a healthy amount of travel required nationally. We work in a dynamic and fast paced environment connecting with stores daily to ensure that they are ready and able to make sales and provide exceptional customer service.

Your skills/experience
• 5-7 years of telecommunications, operations, or SaaS experience
• 5-7 years business analysis, operations, or channel support experience
• High level of Microsoft Office, Retail systems (Retail IQ, Oracle, etc.) proficiency is required
• Excellent presentation and project management skills
• Excellent communication skills (internal & external)
• Strong time management and organization skills with the ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines
• Ability to recognize and handle sensitive and confidential information
• High attention to detail and the ability to analyze needs and requirements and to translate complex findings into clear and concise messaging
