The Campaign Marketing team on TELUS Business is a group of passionate marketers who have ownership over 1:1 marketing campaigns. Working closely with our stakeholders, our job is to craft compelling campaigns that drive strong business results.
The team prides itself in delivering high impact campaigns, while rapidly responding to market opportunities and the changing needs of the Canadian B2B landscape.

Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together

The IOT market in Canada is poised for exponential growth over the next several years, providing a significant opportunity for TELUS Business. You will help drive 1:1 campaign marketing execution for IOT products, supporting crucial business objectives including cross-sell and acquisition. Additionally, you will support 1:1 campaign execution for key marketing programs focused on the TELUS Business mid-market customer base.

Working closely with a large group of stakeholders, success in your portfolio looks like a thoughtful marketing strategy (considering contact strategy & customer experience), high impact 1:1 campaigns (ex: email marketing), and continued optimization that embraces a test and learn approach.

Here’s how
Own 1:1 campaign marketing execution (ex: email & SMS) for TELUS Business IOT mid-market products, working collaboratively with the product team, sales, and other internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with our national and international sales teams to forecast inbound lead volumes and prepare them for campaigns
Compile and analyze campaign results, providing recommendations to improve performance
Create an A/B testing plan for your portfolio
Present on campaign results to leadership, using insights captured from reporting data
Uphold the brand and act as a brand ambassador
Qualifications

You’re the missing piece of the puzzle
B2B and previous experience in telco, technology, finance, or similar industry
A natural collaborator who can work with cross functional teams
Someone with a passion for marketing and experience managing marketing initiative execution (with knowledge of Canadian anti-spam legislation)
Ability to zoom out to see the big picture; zoom in to make sure every detail is correct
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to pivot quickly
Someone who thrives in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment, with entrepreneurial and self-starter characteristics
A minimum of 4+ years’ experience in a product management/marketing, channel or similar role
University degree or college certification in marketing or similar specialization
Great-to-have
English / French Bilingual
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
