We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our National Marketing team.
This marketing opportunity will require the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, multi-task, and keep various projects on track. As well they will inspire a willingness to drive results, positively influence others to join in, and improve marketing channels.
Support the strategic development, planning and execution of communications for the Eastlink brand and prime the marketing for our Bundle category
Owning the marketing communications process (includes quarterly planning, creating briefs, briefing agency teams, executing & managing project delivery, measuring results, optimizing)
Manage all aspects of the consumer go-to-market activities (social, digital, search, radio, OOH, print, media)
Effectively manage budget & timelines to deliver projects in full
Work closely with the internal marketing team and our external marketing agencies to deliver compelling and effective creative campaigns that drive the business
Support the development of the annual business plan and execution of the national marketing plan
Create “take to market” plans complete with milestones and resources needed
Build meaningful relationships with external and internal stakeholders (regional teams, retail, operations, web team, content planning, customer communications, agency teams) to effectively execute plans
Support sales channels with appropriate collateral to drive sales
Analyze information to draw insights and conclusions that drive business decisions into action
Provide consumer, category, and competitive insights to gather key competitive intelligence, develop insights and report findings to key stakeholders
Supporting ad hoc tasks and projects as required
Bachelor’s degree (Marketing and Communications, Journalism, or related field is preferred)
Experience developing campaigns across multiple channels
Natural leader / team player who thrives in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision
5+ years’ experience leading strategic initiatives in marketing, communications or an agency setting
Project Management experience is valued
Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
