You’ll work in the exciting world of revenue and subscriber forecasting. As part of the Forecasting & Business Enablement team in the Home Solutions Marketing, Strategy & Data Insights team, you will support financial planning, forecasting, and target-setting for the TELUS Home Solutions business.

In this role, you will create revenue and subscriber forecasts for TELUS Home Solutions products (TV, Internet and Home Phone) by working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholder groups in Marketing, Finance, Go to Market, Channels, Products & Services, Technology Strategy and Customer Service Excellence. Your expertise will be paramount to driving business results by looking at trends, past learnings, market research, competitive intelligence, and historical data. You will have the opportunity to support senior leaders by presenting regularly in meetings that include Vice Presidents and the Executive Vice President of Home Solutions.

Here’s how
Develop market expertise by conducting market sizing, trend, and share analysis
Explore, analyze and assess competitor and industry trends in an effort to grow the business
Own forecasting activities for Home Solution Services which will include developing, updating and enhancing the annual revenue and subscriber targets forecast, monthly forecasts, long term forecasts and a three-year strategic forecast
In addition, you will coordinate and lead regular forecast review meetings
Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to reach agreement on the forecast targets
Achieve buy-in by presenting regularly to senior leadership, including the EVP of Home Solutions
Proactively keep up to date with market, competitive, and internal developments that may impact the forecast

Strong communicator, mediator, and collaborator, able to build relationships with audiences at all levels including at the VP, SVP, and EVP levels
Naturally innovative, independent and resourceful
Adept at identifying opportunities to improve, and able to find multiple ways to solve a challenge.
Highly intuitive with numbers; track record of delivering detailed and accurate reports
Strong conceptual and analytical skills; able to organize and interpret large volumes of data and convey insights in a clear manner through email, video call, and slides (Google Slides)
Expert Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets spreadsheet modeling experience
Bachelor-level degree
Experience in a market analysis role, accounting role or proven experience in a related position
Strong knowledge of telecommunications and industry trends relating to TV, internet and home phone
Previous business forecasting role
Experience using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Bachelor-level degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing or a related discipline
