We are seeking an analytical and driven Manager of the Network Operations Control Centre to join our team in Yellowknife, NT.
As the Manager Network Operation Control Centre (NOCC) you will be accountable for ensuring that network utilization and availability statistics are maximized and within designed performance standards.
This will be accomplished through:
- Incident Management
- Change Management
- Provisioning (Advanced Services)
- Assurance (Level 1 &2Support)
- New Service Introduction
- Process Improvement
- Staff Development
- Customer Relations and SLA Management
- Increase Assurance Skill set & Workload
- Problem Management Analysis
What you need to ensure you are successful in this role:
Post secondary education in the Telecommunications, complimented by seven years of telecommunications experience, preferably in operations, with at least three years in a leadership capacity. A combination of related education and experience will be considered. In addition you have the confidence and skill to lead and motivate a team through change. You must be technically savvy and adept at learning new systems and applications. The ability to express technical requirements in business terms and work under pressure with conflicting priorities are critical strengths for this role. Certification in IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) would be considered an asset.
