Manager, Digital Process Improvement

The Manager Digital Process Improvement position will be based in downtown Toronto and will report to the Sr. Manager, Digital Process Improvement. The role will involve working on the Digital E2E process transformation. The individual will be responsible for identifying and implementing numerous initiatives that will result in measurable value.

Your Impact:

  • Collaborate with Digital and non digital teams to identify opportunities for improvement through sit ins & process analysis
  • Reviewing the Digital processes and technology, identifying opportunities, researching best practices and make recommendations
  • Support the implementation of new technology with defining processes
  • Leverage Lean & Agile principles to support the transformation
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and working level teams to execute on the transformation
  • You're not afraid to dive into data to critically evaluate information from various sources to identify opportunities and trends in Agile/Lean
  • Being organized you're able to establish a way to share results and improvements in a timely and progressive way
  • Act as a Change Agent to optimize quality, efficiency, cost and customer value
  • Comfortable with working and presenting to executives when required


  • Undergraduate degree in Technology or Business is preferred
  • 5+ years of experience either in a Technology or supporting role with an understanding of a Digital Product Lifecycle (Dev, QA, DevOps) 
  • Experience supporting rapidly evolving technology and Agile environments
  • Experience implementing Lean techniques– ideally Lean/Greenbelt/Black belt certified
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable under changing conditions
  • Self-directed learner who can pick up new technologies with minimal direction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to influence and persuade without formal authority
