What you will do…

Manage and execute data strategy to create higher level data models to help business monetize on the data assets captured
Strong acumen to understand the business requirements, assess the data landscape to test hypothesis or develop self serve analytics, map out the transformational steps, test hypothesis, and showcase the insights to stakeholders through impactful story telling and visualization
Ability to stitch data from multiple sources, transform the data to create marketing segments that can be used for campaigns and personalization on web and mobile apps
Collaborate with product teams, data science teams, and different analytics teams to manage dependencies and deliver a time bound roadmap that aligns with project/product outcomes
Effectively communicate objectives, data analysis, and solutions to both executives and working team members
Bonus: Understanding of digital marketing and digital advertising concepts with exposure to adobe or google marketing cloud

What you will bring…

Extensive experience in SQL, ETL, data transformations, and working knowledge of normalization and ER modeling
At least 2 years of experience on non relational systems mainly Hadoop using hive
At least two years experience on Microsoft azure and databricks platform with an intermediate to expert knowledge of spark.
Strong knowledge of git, git hub, and jira
2 years of experience in at least of the BI platforms: Power BI, Domo, or Tableau. Also, a working knowledge of star schema and snowflake schema
2 years of experience in data orchestration: automate ETL scripts and schedule on databricks
Intermedia knowledge of data science and feature engineering, mainly classifications and clustering and ability to apply the modeling techniques in marketing segmentation, journey analysis, and propensity models
Intermediate knowledge of statistics: descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing, & ANOVA
Conceptual knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and any experience in using the pipelines for deploying serverless applications or ML Ops workloads or ETL jobs is a bonus
