TSC is looking for a talented and creative digital copywriter to join our Digital Content Team. This person will work independently and collaboratively with our in-house team of copywriters to develop and maintain TSC’ editorial voice, messaging and tone across all channels.

Our copywriters connect with our customer base through a variety of content and attract prospective customers through multiple channels including product descriptions, brand stories, editorial content, promotional copy, customer service content and blog stories. We’re looking for a creative thinker with excellent writing and research skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. A copywriter who is flexible, adaptable and comfortable working in a collaborative environment, detail oriented and able to produce work quickly, while maintaining high standard of quality and creative flair.

What you will do…

Product & Brand Content:

Develop content for a range of brands and products sold at including:
Develop product copy based on features and benefits for all products sold on across all commodities (fashion, beauty, electronics, home, jewellery)
Develop and/or edit brand stories for all brands features on
Develop messaging for all product launches and brand campaigns
Editorial & Blog Content:

Create editorial content for multiple channels including product descriptions, brand stories, promotional zone, brand pages, curated shops on, blog stories
Collaborate with Marketing and Digital Merchandising to develop relevant and engaging content
Contribute to the creative process – alone or as part of a group – by generating ideas for marketing initiatives and promotions
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple writing projects spanning different brands, commodities and types of digital content
Copywriting, SEO & Content Management

Knowledge of best practices and copywriting standards (The Canadian Style Guide)
Produce error-free content that adheres to the TSC brand and editorial style guidelines
Solid understanding of SEO concepts and product keywords

Interpret direction and adapt key messages from content briefs into persuasive and engaging content
Simultaneously manage multiple projects with short deadlines
Understanding of content management systems
