The Bell Media team creates and delivers the best Canadian and international content across our digital media, television, radio, and out-of-home advertising platforms. We’re looking for innovative team players ready to take some of the most well-known entertainment brands in the country to the next level.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Manage the different orders and dispense them through the writing team;
Organize and dispense the audio productions between the different producers from the submission to the broadcasting in due time;
Develop and write commercial and promotional texts;
Produce commercial and promotional audio messages if necessary;
Guide the client towards an appropriate customer commercial strategy;
Make a follow up with the client from the text’s approval up to its broadcast;
Manage account follow ups between the clients – account directors – producers;
Assign equal productions/voicing between the 2 stations;
Verify every final audio productions before broadcasting;
Verify WideOrbit’s “Projections/Broadcasting’s” report weekly;
Maintain and update the station’s audio imagery.
College Education /or experience in a similar job
Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial writing
Sense of Organization, attention to detail and thoroughness required
Ability to work in an environment where deadlines are often short
Windows and Microsoft Word expert
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
