What We’re Looking For
The Senior Manager will lead a team of focused individuals on driving revenue growth with new business, nuturing existing customers through a lifecycle and execution of Bells’ go-to-market strategy by establishing, developing and supporting the Cisco portfolio. The team manager will have a well-rounded Cisco technology background, combined with a sales background that enables them to easily interact with enterprise customers. They will drive all levels of integration of the Cisco Partnership, and act as a key point of contact to liaise with Cisco’s executive team, and Bell’s business development, product management, sales, marketing and support teams.

What You’ll Do
Lead a new team of Cisco primed Success Managers
Manage performance on renewals
Execute and manage customer LifeCycle strategy
Coach, develop and inspire your direct reports
Create and maintain productive strategic relationships within Cisco
Monitor progress against goals and respond to changes in the market
Identify opportunities that provide both market differentiation and growth of the Cisco’s portfolio
Support key internal stakeholders including Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Legal etc.
Co-develop long range partnership plans with measurable goals and milestones.
Conduct regular cadence analysis of the health of the partnerships to support plan refinement.
Support interaction with executive teams, to include regular cadence updates and escalations.
Support marketing activities not limited to training, collateral, webinars, tradeshows, promotions etc.
Facilitate alignment between Bell and the Cisco field organizations upstream

Experience You’ll Bring
Strong working knowledge of Cisco portfolio
Demonstrated success in implementing end-to-end initiatives involving multiple products, groups, audiences and deliverables
Bachelor’s Degree in Business and/or equivalent work experience
Experience leading and/or mentoring a team
Entrepreneurial experience
Experience building working relationships inside and outside of an organization
People Management Experience
Performance marketing experience
Previous experience in a Business Development capacity
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-departmental collaboration on strategic initiatives
Experience developing and communicating GTM strategy or Product Marketing to various stakeholders
Strong leadership experience with a track record of developing high performing teams
Have work experience in the sales industry (technology reseller and channel experience an asset).
Creativity and be a strategic thinker with strong presentation experience
