The Finance Team manages the performance and risk profile of Bell, ensuring the needs of customers, investors and employees are balanced with long-term business success. We work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute plans that help the company achieve its strategic objectives and ensure financial sustainability.

Position: Billing Coordinator
Location: 9 Channel Nine Court, Toronto (ON)
Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week. Overtime as required.

Manage complex daily bank depositing process
Manage EFT/wire deposits made to bank
Enter and balance cash batch posting on a daily basis
Perform cheque scanning through RDC
Journalize daily cash receipts to SAP
Process AR adjustment and prepare journal entries
Assemble sample payments for the auditor
Reconcile monthly ATB and prepare reports to management
Monitor AR email and other communication systems to ensure fast responses to clients
Assist with other accounting projects in the department
Perform daily airtime log reconciliation

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a large team environment
Must be able to demonstrate strong leadership qualities
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines and work under pressure


Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
