Associate Director, Customer Solutions

Through collaboration and leadership our Associate Director, Customer Solutions is responsible for the design, pricing and delivery of telecommunications solutions to our valued customers.

AS OUR ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS YOU WILL:

•    Lead, engage and develop the team of Customer Solutions professionals.
•    Champion process improvement initiatives.
•    Research technical solutions by sourcing and evaluating vendor proposals.
•    Facilitate the evolution and development of Customer Solutions from concept to deployment.
•    Manage all Customer Solutions projects to meet delivery dates and revenue targets.
•    Manage teams tasked with developing proposals to customers, and responding to customer tenders.
•    Assist with the development of contracts and business models which minimize liability, increase flexibility and maximize revenues.
